What is Leadership Triangle?

Leadership Triangle is a non-profit organization established in 1992 to build leadership capacity and promote regionalism across the separate communities of the Triangle (Chatham, Durham, Orange and Wake Counties.) It does this through leadership development classes, social networking, public forums and an annual Leadership Summit and award celebration.

Who qualifies to be a Goodmon Fellow?

Participants who graduate from either the Regional Leadership, Transforming Leaders or Executive Leadership Program are considered Goodmon Fellows. If you are an up-and-coming leader in the Triangle region and would benefit from this training, we encourage you to apply.

Can only alumni go to the LT After Hours and LT Over Lunch events?

Our LT After Hours social events are non-exclusive and we welcome guests!

Due to the limited seating of the LT Over Lunch events, only LT alumni are invited to attend.

Which counties does Leadership Triangle serve?

We serve four counties: Chatham, Durham, Orange, & Wake

How can I participate in the Executive Leaders program?

This program is by invitation only. If you are a new C-Level executive in the Region or you just moved into the area please contact us. Participants meet other executives of major local companies and organizations and learn the opportunities and challenges facing the Region now and into the future.
